[HCM] Sea Freight Export Documentation
Job Description
- Submitting Shipping Instruction/ VGM to Ocean Master Carrier/Co-loader
- Issuing House Bill of Lading
- Filling Export Manifest for shipments to US/CA/EU
- Billing tasks: follow supplier’s invoice to make payment for the cost; create Debit Note to client and follow payment to release shipment
- Track and trace shipment status and Solving customer’s problem relating Documentation/ Export Manifest
- Other tasks assigned by Supervisor
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree: College or University
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in Forwarder
- Experience in US/CA/EU route
- Good at communication in both of English and Vietnamese
- Good Computer skills (MS Office): Word, Excel, Power Point
- Be patient, detail-oriented, careful, ability to work under pressure
